SPAZIO RETURNS POLICY
Please note the below policy constitutes all valid reasons for the return of a Spazio product:

1. DAMAGED / LOST IN TRANSIT This must be reported in writing to Spazio within 48 hours from receipt of the goods. The onus is on the distributor to ensure that goods are received in good condition. Spazio will not accept claims for breakages or missing products reported months after delivery. Damage or loss caused by a third-party courier remains the responsibility of the courier who collected the goods.

2. FAULTY / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Back-to-store warranty. Spazio products carry a warranty period that varies by product category, calculated from the date of invoice. Faulty goods must be returned to Spazio Head Office for evaluation. Products will be repaired where possible or replaced if repair is not feasible. Replacements will only be issued after the faulty product has been received and evaluated by Spazio. Products that have been tampered with, modified, or that no longer bear the original Spazio label will not be covered under warranty.

3. INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS If an order has been incorrectly captured by Spazio, or if incorrect goods were packed by the warehouse, these products may be returned at no cost to the distributor.

4. CANCELLED ORDERS Orders placed by distributors may only be cancelled in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. If goods are already in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. ORDERS INCORRECTLY ORDERED OR NO LONGER REQUIRED Distributors have 30 calendar days from the date of invoice to return goods that were incorrectly ordered or are no longer required.

The following handling fees will apply:
- 10% handling fee, if the order was delivered and collected by Spazio.
- 5% handling fee, if the order was delivered by Spazio but returned by the distributor using the supplier’s courier account.
- No handling fee, if the order was both collected and returned to Spazio by the distributor at their own cost.
- Distributors will be liable for a R200 handling fee on orders below R2000

All returned goods must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging,
- Unused and undamaged,
- In a condition suitable for resale.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS Returns that do not comply with this policy, or that are returned without prior written authorization, will not be accepted and may be sent back at the distributor’s expense.

On behalf of the DISTRIBUTOR, you acknowledge that:
• No GOODS may be returned without a signed Goods Return Authorization (GRA).
• SPAZIO may charge transport costs and determine the return conditions.
• GOODS must be returned in their original packaging with all relevant documentation and in compliance with warranty conditions.
• If GOODS are found to be altered, specially manufactured, or specially imported, they will be returned at the DISTRIBUTOR’S cost.
